Fusion Risk Management Elevates Steve Richardson to Chief Resilience Innovation Officer

Chicago, IL and London, UK – Fusion Risk Management, Inc. (“Fusion”), a leading provider of operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management software and services, today announced it has promoted Steve Richardson to the newly created role of Chief Resilience Innovation Officer (CRIO). Richardson will join Fusion’s Executive Leadership Team and work closely with Fusion employees, strategic partners, and its global customer community to coordinate numerous operational resilience initiatives.
A 16-year Fusion veteran, Richardson will leverage his extensive risk and resilience experience across Fusion’s product, sales, and customer success functions to formalize operational resilience as well as support future customer initiatives. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Engagement at Fusion, focusing on helping customers navigate evolving operational resilience and regulatory changes in the financial services and banking sectors. As an original architect of the Fusion Framework® System™, Richardson has extensive experience helping customers maximize their Fusion deployments to achieve their North Star of resilience. He will now apply that knowledge to coordinate Fusion’s multiple operational resilience initiatives as well as work closely with customers to identify readiness and shepherd implementations.
