Fusion Risk Management Scores Two Wins at the 2023 Risk Technology Awards
Chicago, IL – Fusion Risk Management, Inc. (“Fusion”), a leading provider of cloud-based operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management software and services, today announced that it has won two categories in the 2023 Risk Technology Awards. Fusion was named ‘Op risk scenarios product of the year’ for the second consecutive year and was also named ‘Third-party risk product of the year.’
The Risk Technology Awards recognize vendors that are helping the industry meet its various challenges in ALM, credit, operational, and wider enterprise risk management. The award winners are decided by a judging panel consisting of technology users, industry analysts, and the editors of Risk.net.
“Fusion’s two wins at the 2023 Risk Technology Awards demonstrate the breadth of Fusion’s impact in an ever-changing landscape of resilience. These awards are an incredible recognition of our dedicated team who work tirelessly to ensure that our 400+ blue chip customers have the solutions that they need to maintain robust business continuity and achieve true operational resilience in this era of disruption,” said Michael Campbell, CEO of Fusion Risk Management. “As evolving regulatory requirements, ongoing business disruptions, and increasing third-party risks place more pressure on organizations, we are committed to helping our customers shift from reactive to proactive approaches to risk management and are determined to build a more resilient future.”
The ‘Op risk scenarios product of the year’ win recognizes Fusion’s Scenario Testing solution for the second consecutive year. Fusion’s Scenario Testing solution helps organizations meet and exceed regulatory requirements, such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), that have been put forth by entities including the Bank of England (BoE), Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The functionality enables organizations to test and analyze the impact of severe but plausible events in real time. Organizations utilizing the solution are also able to visualize real-life risk scenarios and bolster their resiliency programs, allowing them to become more prepared, agile, and responsive when predicting or recovering from current or future disruptions.
Fusion’s third-party risk management solution was named ‘Third-party risk product of the year’ due to its ability to help organizations connect their third parties to their full operational ecosystem and transform the way in which they anticipate and manage disruption across their third parties. The enhanced solution delivers continuous monitoring of third parties beyond its traditional instance as well as an evaluation of potential operational and business impacts that those third parties may have.
