Fusion Risk Management’s Bogdana Sardak Named in Built In’s Moxie Awards 2023

Chicago, IL – Fusion Risk Management, Inc. (“Fusion”), a leading provider of cloud-based operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management software and services, has announced that its Vice President of Risk and Resiliency Bogdana Sardak has been named in the Built In Moxie Awards 2023. Bogdana’s passion for empowering resilience and providing mentorship within Fusion as well as across the wider risk and resilience community were key drivers in achieving this recognition.
The Built In Moxie Awards recognize rising women in tech for their contributions and accomplishments to their places of work, their communities, and the wider tech industry. This year the awards received nearly 800 entries, and winners were selected by an esteemed panel of judges comprised of women in tech leadership roles.

Bogdana has over eight years of experience in risk and resiliency as well as a passion for helping clients and driving transformative change. She is responsible for Fusion’s risk and resiliency program, including managing Fusion’s third-party risk management, business resiliency, operational risk management, and crisis and incident management programs. Her proven leadership, creativity, and problem-solver attitude led to her recent promotion in April 2023 to Vice President of Risk and Resiliency after previously serving as Senior Director of Risk and Resiliency. Outside of her core responsibilities, Bogdana has taken initiative mentoring young talent and contributing to the Disaster Recovery Journal Career Development Committee to empower diverse resilience professionals.
