Client Service Lead
Steve has over 30 years of experience in senior financial leadership, internal audit, business continuity, disaster recovery, incident and crisis management, vendor and supply chain management, and enterprise technology enablement in multiple industries. He is a seasoned senior leader and advisor who helps clients think through the design/development, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide risk, resiliency, and recovery programs.
He has expertise in enterprise technology risk management and program and project solutions and services. He has a specific distinction in business impact analysis design and development, business continuity planning, disaster recovery and enterprise resiliency planning, and testing and process improvement. He brings a “hands-on, get-it-done” approach and philosophy in developing actionable strategies and executable processes to improve organizational business continuity. He is deeply passionate about embedding a culture of business continuity management that aligns with the vision, mission, and values of the organization. He also believes in a “client first” philosophy and has a deep understanding of client requirements, culture, and a business operations model that promotes successful engagements. He is pragmatic and also has a holistic approach in solutioning and professional service delivery.
Steve joined Fusion in November 2017 while he was a business partner in a niche boutique business continuity consultancy. Having assisted many clients with Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), it became rather apparent to him that Fusion was where he needed to be. He now serves as a Client Service Lead where he is responsible for supporting client partners with subject matter expertise, advisory guidance on maturing their enterprise resiliency program, and maximizing the Fusion Framework System™ platform functionality. His biggest accomplishments while working at Fusion include being a Regional User Group Ambassador in many markets, presenting at industry events, and facilitating a Fusion breakout session at Fusion’s annual client success summit.
Prior to joining the workforce, Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts from Queens College – City University of New York. He also has been married to his wife for 35 years, has two married daughters, and loves statistics and metrics!
